La Terra Francis has worked in finance for over 30 years and management staffing companies for over 15 years. As a corporate controller with a multi-million dollar firm La Terra assisted in the organizations creation and along with using her additional resources revenues grew to well over 50 million dollars in seven years.
Carla Griffin
Director of Human Resources
Carla Griffin has worked for ATT for more than 25 years and brings years of experience in customer service, leadership, and business management. With a BA in Business Management from St. Mary’s and a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from USF, she has used her knowledge to navigate diversity while being a union steward for Local 9400 for over 14 years.

Business Development and Staffing Manager
With 8 years of dedication and expertise in the Property Management staffing industry, she is committed to providing exceptional customer satisfaction. Christine is known for her high success rate in temp to permanent conversions, and she caters to the staffing needs of Market Rate and Commercial properties, as well as affordable housing, with a strong sense of urgency. Her innovative and creative staffing solutions have resulted in happy customers and repeat business. Christine has a deep connection to the East Bay, where she has been actively involved for over 20 years. Her background in event planning has enabled her to build a diverse and extensive community of people in her portfolio.
Connie White
VP Of Recruiting and Staffing
Connie White, has 25+ years in various sectors of staffing from IT to warehousing with majority of her proficiency being in property management staffing. A few of Connie’s accomplishments:
